Our Price Match Promise

We’re all looking for the best prices, that’s why we’ll match or beat the price of your products if you find them cheaper somewhere else. We'll price match any item we sell and it's delivery against any other U.K. retailer – we’ll even match discount codes. Here’s what you need to do to you get the best price:

• Give us a email at sales@newmenmedical.co.uk or use our contact us page.
• Let our team know the product code and description
• Tell us where you spotted it or have been quoted cheaper

That’s it! We’ll need to confirm the price of the product, so make sure you’ve got an official quotation or link to hand. The whole thing should only take a few minutes and you’ll save some money too! 

Do you price match NHS Supply Chain?

Yes! If you are an NHS Organistation and currently purchasing through the NHS Supply Chain, we are able to match and even beat their prices. 

What if I've already bought my product?

The savings don’t just stop there. If the price of your product drops on our site or you see it cheaper with another retailer within 7 days of you receiving your order, let us know. We’ll happily refund the difference, which will appear in your bank account within 3-5 days. If you let us know after those 7 days, unfortunatley we won't be able to match the price.

The important bits

• We match against the total cost of our competitor’s item including delivery, so keep this in mind before you contact us.
• We only price match against websites and quotations from retailers based in the UK - not auction websites. 
• The product on our competitor’s site needs to be exactly the same as the one on our site, no compatible products accepted. 
• The product must be available to order from stock on the same day. 
• We reserve the right to refuse any price-match request and under no circumstances do we have a legal obligation to price-match.
